Every applicant, student, faculty and staff member is expected to have a GatorLink username and password. This account can be used to view paychecks/leave accruals/benefits, as well as make changes to personal information such as W4 tax withholding and home/business/email addresses.

Working at a UF Health academic college requires mandatory compliance training that encompasses various sub-categories, including:

• HIPAA & Privacy: General Awareness and UF Confidentiality Agreements- annually
• FERPA Basics- annually
• Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Campus – every 2 years
• Compliance: A Collaboration for Success – every 2 years
• Effort Fundamentals – every 3 years
