Email Use Policy

The College of Pharmacy requires that all students and residents use email addresses. The Identity and Access Management team audits the email addresses every semester and requires individuals to make changes to comply with the UF Privacy and HSC SPICE policies.

Restricted information in email should not be sent to or from non-UFL email addresses.

Since an email conversation may evolve into one that may include restricted information, all email correspondence, incoming as well as outgoing, must originate from the (Gatorlink) email address.
