Health Center 403(b) Plan

Some Clinical Faculty at the Health Science Center are designated by their college or department to participate in the AEF retirement plan in addition to the State University System Optional Retirement Program (ORP).

Eligibility

• Designated Clinical Faculty

Enrollment for New Employees

• Open an account with an investment provider
• Send completed AEF Vendor Selection Form to UF Benefits

Contribution Rates

• Employer: 5.14% of biweekly earnings
• Mandatory Employee: 3.00% of biweekly earnings
• Voluntary Employee contributions are not permitted to this plan
